Great customer service , and kept very clean loved the atmosphere.

Really clean! Beds are firm. Staff was cool and they had grape juice for breakfast too

I truly enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were better than I expected and the staff were very accommodating. The king size bed was comfortable and clean. The sit down shower felt AMAZING. The bathroom and vanity area was very spacious, which was especially needed for me being overweight. They offered complimentary snack food and drinks. The front desk lady saw that I was having trouble getting to the upstairs room and then offered me a downstairs room. Thank you very much to that whole staff, who did everything to make my stay an enjoyable one.

Stayed here Last year & I must say this was one of the best stays I had in Houston rooms updated & spacious staff & management very kind & understanding really great service really great place Will Be Coming Next Trip o & did I mention great area not far from the city

Check in process was fast, efficient, and friendly. Customer service was above and beyond! Love the attention to customers given here, I felt so accommodated Also, the rooms are clean and beds are marvelously comfortable. The best part is that I was so close to the major highways. This is definitely a highly recommended place to stay. Returning Soon!

Waited over a year to write this. Procrastinator. Stayed here Apr 2024 and it made a lasting impression enough so to write this in Apr 2025 because they earned a good review. The front desk personnel were very generous and they had a good assortment of snacks even though there wasn't any breakfast available. Was a little leery about this type of hotel but the surrounding area hotels are rated less than this. That's why I chose here is based on the Google reviews. It was very clean and the parking I was concerned about but those fears were alleviated with good night time lighting and right next to the highway very conveniently located. The noise from the highway wasn't even an issue as some others have said it didn't keep me from sleeping or I didn't really notice. We had come from a concert and we're going to Costco the next day. Great experience and we would stay here again and recommended.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone aiming to assist individuals in need. After reaching out to numerous hotels in the area regarding their pet policies, I was surprised to find even the least favorable ones were not accommodating. This fact is quite astonishing to me. From the manager to the entire staff, they have shown remarkable kindness and generosity toward both us and the guest we sponsored, who stayed there with their dog. Their rates are very reasonable, and their welcoming attitude towards pets makes you feel at home. We've booked a stay of over a week, and they've been incredibly flexible with us.

Fantastic hotel! Friendly staff, clean rooms and great atmosphere. The room was spacious and bathroom space blows away any hotel. Along with great snacks in the lobby. The fence around the hotel gives you a feel of being out of the busy Houston.
